### Who owns the software?

Vivified owns the code. You always own your data. You use the software for as long as you subscribe, and you have the option to buy out the code and run it yourself. Contact us for terms.

### Are we locked in?

There is a 6-month minimum term. After that you can cancel. Your data is yours and exportable at any time, and if you want to run the software yourself you can buy out the code and self-host.

### What if we want to cancel?

After the 6-month minimum term you can cancel. We'll hand over your data in a standard format and help you wind down cleanly. If you'd rather keep the software, you can buy out the code and self-host it.

### Can we buy the code and host it ourselves?

Yes. You have the option to buy out the code and self-host. Contact us for terms.

### Is my data secure?

We only access the systems and data needed for the task, with credentials you can revoke at any time. We can sign an NDA and a data processing agreement.

### What if you disappear or the company closes?

The answer is the buyout option: you can buy out the code and self-host, so the software doesn't depend on us staying in business. We're a small team and would rather say so than promise what we can't. Contact us to talk through how continuity would work for your project.
