--- title: "Privacy notice ยท Vivified Tech" description: "How Vivified Tech collects and uses information submitted through this site." url: "https://vivifiedtech.com/privacy/" --- ## Who we are This site is run by Vivified Tech Co. LTD ("Vivified Tech", "we"), a small software company based in Thailand. We are the data controller for the details you send us. You can reach us at [contact@vivifiedtech.com](mailto:contact@vivifiedtech.com). ## What the form collects When you ask for a free assessment we collect your name, your work email and the details you give about the task: what it is, which tools it involves and how often it happens. Some fields are optional: company, country, volume, how many people do the task, your role, the type of property you work with, and how you heard about us. Leave them blank if you prefer. To help us deal with spam, we also store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent text. We do not store your IP address itself. If you send the form, we also save where your visit came from, so we can tell which of our posts or messages led to your request: the campaign tags in your link, the website you came from, the first page you landed on, the pages you viewed in that visit, and your country and device type. We use this only to understand which of our messages are useful, never to profile you for advertising. ## Why we collect it Only to reply to you and to assess whether we can automate the task you describe. ## Who processes it The Vivified Tech team reads your message. We use Cloudflare to host this site and to run the form. Cloudflare Workers receive what you submit, the Cloudflare D1 database stores it, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks in your browser that the form is being filled in by a person. Our email is handled by Fastmail, which receives your replies and anything you email to us. ## How long we keep it We keep your message for 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case it becomes part of our project records. This includes the visit details saved with it. The anonymous visit data described under cookies and tracking is deleted after 13 months. ## Asking us to delete it Email [contact@vivifiedtech.com](mailto:contact@vivifiedtech.com) from the address you used and ask us to delete your details. You can also ask to see or correct what we hold. We'll confirm once it's done. ## Cookies and tracking This site sets no cookies. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and measures page views, referrers and performance. It also uses a small measurement script served from this site, with no third-party tracker. When you arrive, the script notes the campaign tags in the link you used (for example "utm\_source=linkedin"), the website you came from and the page you landed on, and keeps them in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. It sends a few anonymous events to our own server: which pages you view, which buttons you click, and whether the contact form is started or sent. They are tied to a random code generated in your browser. The code is not linked to your name, email or IP address, and it is gone when you close the tab. We do not store your IP address with these events. We store the country and device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) that your request shows. These visit and event records are deleted after 13 months. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the script does nothing. Requests to a short link on this site, an address starting with /go/, are counted so we can see which link was used. We store the link code, the time, and whether the request looked like a link-preview fetch. We do not store your IP address with that count. Those rows are deleted after 13 months. We use no advertising cookies. Our fonts are hosted on our own servers, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts. The only other third-party request is the Cloudflare Turnstile check on the contact page. ## Questions Anything about this notice: [contact@vivifiedtech.com](mailto:contact@vivifiedtech.com).
